We’re looking for a driven Senior Cost Consultant to join our London-based team. In this hybrid role, you’ll lead cost consultancy services for residential projects across the UK – from acquisition to completion. Collaborating with clients and project teams, you’ll bring expertise, precision, and insight every step of the way. With so many new projects in the pipeline, they are looking to grow their team, it’s an exciting time to join a rapidly growing company.
What They’re After:
* 6+ years’ UK construction experience
* Proven track record in cost planning, procurement & post-contract delivery
* Strong leadership and client-facing skills
* MRICS or working towards
* Commercially sharp with deep knowledge of residential cost drivers
* Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
* Experience mentoring junior team members
* Passion for real estate and construction
