About the Role
My client is seeking a driven Project Manager with a few years’ experience in consultancy-side construction project delivery to join our expanding London team. You'll manage high-profile projects from feasibility through to completion, working closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
About the Requirements
* 2–5 years of experience in a construction consultancy or client-side project management role
* Degree in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
* Working knowledge of UK construction contracts (e.g. JCT, NEC)
* Membership or working towards membership of RICS, APM, or similar is advantageous
About the salary
Salary is negotiable, dependent on the individuals experience but up to £60,000.
