We’re recruiting for a Project Manager to join a fast-growing consultancy known for delivering some of the most recognisable commercial spaces across the UK. Working closely with an entrepreneurial founder and a passionate team, you’ll have a real voice in the business while managing full project lifecycles from inception through to completion.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead feasibility studies for new sites, delivering clear risk analysis and early cost estimates.
Manage multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Handle project administration, cost tracking, and sign-offs.
Identify opportunities for value engineering without compromising quality or design intent.
Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Ensure all projects meet health & safety regulations and statutory requirements.
Manage schedules, track project programmes, and communicate delivery timelines effectively.
Oversee national rollouts and refurbishments for well-known brands.
Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficiency and value.
Guide and motivate internal project teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.
Build strong client relationships and maintain a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. About You:
Experienced in delivering high-end retail, leisure, or hospitality fit-outs.
Background in consultancy or client-side project management.
Expert at managing budgets, construction programmes, and external teams.
Knowledgeable in health & safety legislation; CSCS/SMSTS certificates are desirable.
Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
Strong communicator with a proactive and flexible approach to challenges.
Must have a clean UK driving licence and be open to regular UK travel. What You’ll Get:
£60,000 – £70,000 salary
