Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 per annum (DOE) + Benefits

About the Role:
Our client, a reputable and growing building contractor based in Barnet, is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join their dynamic team. Specialising in residential and commercial projects across North London and the Home Counties, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of high-quality builds from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the delivery of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Manage all on-site operations, liaising closely with site managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
*
Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
*
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to overcome obstacles.
*
Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations and building codes.
*
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, ideally with a building contractor.
*
Solid knowledge of construction methods, health & safety standards, and project management principles.
*
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred.
*
Full UK driving licence.
