About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our Fire and Security team. This is a hybrid, permanent role offering the opportunity to lead and manage multiple projects within the fire and security sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate fire and security projects from planning through to successful delivery.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution.

*

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

*

Prepare and present regular project status reports and documentation.

*

Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.

*

Manage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively to meet project goals.

*

Support business development activities as needed.

Person Specification:

*

Proven experience in project management within the fire and security industry or a closely related field.

*

Strong knowledge of fire safety and security systems, installation, and maintenance processes.

*

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

*

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

*

Competent with project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

*

Full UK driving licence (due to van use).

*

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
