Quality Assurance Manager
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join a marketing leading organisation based in Basingstoke. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing quality systems to meet regulatory standards, industry codes and ISO accreditation requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance processes in line with ISO 9001
* Ensure compliance with building regulations, and industry best practices.
* Lead internal and external ISO audits; manage documentation and corrective actions.
* Review project installations for quality compliance and workmanship.
* Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and implement corrective/preventive actions.
* Train field and office staff on QA procedures, compliance, and continuous improvement.
* • Liaise with clients, third-party inspectors, and regulatory authorities regarding QA matters.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire protection regulations and quality standards.
* Ensure calibration and maintenance of tools and testing equipment used in QA checks.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Fire safety regulations
* Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Strong attention to detail
