The Role
Resident Liaison Officers (RLOs) are at the heart of our service, ensuring residents feel heard, respected, and informed. You’ll be the key contact for residents, supporting them through repairs and maintenance, and ensuring their experience is a positive one.
Key Responsibilities
*
Attend resident surgeries and keep residents informed
*
Organise consultation events and attend meetings
*
Identify and report resident vulnerabilities in collaboration with housing officers and internal teams
*
Manage complaints and enquiries (including MPs and Councillors) promptly and professionally
Requirements
*
Experience with vulnerable individuals and in customer service
*
Full, clean driving licence
*
Flexibility to travel and attend evening meetings
