Project Manager

About the Opportunity:
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading main contractor for two pivotal roles: Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, to deliver a major £150 million multi-phase development in central Bristol. The project consists of four high-rise residential buildings and represents one of the most significant construction schemes currently underway in the South West.

These roles offer the opportunity to join an established, forward-thinking business with a strong project pipeline, modern management approach, and a clear investment in people and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the high-rise residential blocks from start to completion

Manage site teams, subcontractors, programme delivery, and client interaction

Lead on health & safety compliance and quality assurance

Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to required specifications

Provide leadership and direction to the site team and liaise with stakeholders throughout the build process

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in managing large-scale high-rise residential or mixed-use projects

Main contractor background, ideally with Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience

Strong knowledge of build programmes, logistics, and stakeholder engagement

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications (Black/White card preferred)
