We're Hiring: Building Services Manager
Location: Covering projects across the North West of England, Midlands and the North East
Sectors: MOJ Projects
Project Types: New Build & Refurbishment
M&E Values: Up to £35M
FREELANCE: £350 – £425 a day CIS with expenses paid
Duration: 20 weeks with the potential to be extended

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Building Services Manager to join our client's team and play a key role in delivering complex M&E installations across a diverse portfolio of projects. From secure government facilities to high-street commercial units, you'll ensure top-quality service delivery from start to finish.

What you'll do

Oversee M&E installations by specialist sub-contractors
Report directly to the Principal Building Services Manager
Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
Support commissioning and final handovers
Deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient building services
What we're looking for

Recognised qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
DBS and/or Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience managing M&E on large-scale construction projects
Knowledge of current building services regulations and best practices
Strong communication and leadership skills
