Contracts Manager
Contracts Manager Required – Main Contractor – Midlands – Up to £80K + Package
I am currently recruiting an experience Contracts Manager to work within a Main Contractors Refurbishment & Maintenance Division in the Birmingham region who will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering complex construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
The Contracts Manager is responsible for managing multiple refurbishment and maintenance contracts from initiation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead multiple refurbishment and maintenance contracts, ensuring successful delivery from mobilisation through to completion.
* Drive quality and compliance across all works, overseeing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), and QA processes.
* Provide on-site technical leadership, mentoring, and training to site teams.
* Attend and lead contract meetings with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
* Manage site-based personnel, including involvement with HR matters and performance evaluations.
Requirements
* Atleast 5+ Years working within the Refurbishment & Maintenance Sector
* FRA/Fire Protection Experience (Beneficial)
* Based in Midlands
* Experience with Pre-Construction
