Mechanical Project Manager – Up to £100k + Package + Digs

We’re working with one of the UK’s fastest-growing main contractors, renowned for their consistent delivery of high-quality industrial, logistics, and data centre schemes across the country. Their reputation is built on technical excellence, innovative delivery, and strong client relationships.

As they continue their impressive growth, they’re now looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their expanding delivery team.

The Role:

Initial site based in Chichester on a live I&L scheme

*

Oversee full mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover

*

Manage subcontractors, programme, quality assurance, and health & safety

*

Coordinate closely with internal project teams and external stakeholders

*

Future schemes will be UK-wide, so location flexibility is essential

What You’ll Need:

*

Strong experience in mechanical project delivery – ideally within I&L or data centre environments

*

Background working with main contractors or Tier 1 M&E subcontractors

*

SMSTS, CSCS and ideally mechanical qualifications

*

Willingness to work nationwide and stay away when required

*

Proven track record in delivering packages to a high standard, on time and within budget
