About the Role:
As a Multi-Skilled Technician, your expertise will be key to maintaining and elevating the standard of services provided.
The position requires experience in, plumbing, brickwork, flooring and plastering, with a basic knowledge of other trades also required. You will play an integral part in delivering responsive and high-quality solutions that cater to a diverse clientele.

Suitable candidates are required to meet the following criteria:
* Possess recognised qualifications in one or more of the required trades listed above.
* Be able to supply suitable references from previous employers.
* Have a strong dedication to delivering an exceptional quality of work.
* Excellent skills in managing your own time and schedules.
* Have no criminal convictions.
* Hold a full, clean driving licence.
* Have relevant full-time work experience within the last two years.
* Confidence in managing a varied workload.
* Outstanding customer service abilities and professionalism at all times
* Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
* Capability to work independently and take pride in their work.
* Experience in a fast-paced, reactive role.
* Adaptability to varying work tasks and environments.
* Basic paperwork and IT skills are essential.
