We’re partnering with a dynamic, forward-thinking construction consultancy that’s growing fast and making waves across the retail, F&B, hospitality, fit-out, and new build sectors. Based in East London, this award-winning firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-impact projects across the UK — and now they’re looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Managing Director, helping to shape and deliver cost strategies across multiple fast-paced and high-profile projects. It’s a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine impact within a business that has a strong pipeline of exciting work heading into 2025 and beyond.

🔧 Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead cost reporting, forecasting, and financial planning across live projects
Manage cash flow and develop cost tracking tools
Prepare pricing templates for FF&E and oversee tender documentation
Support the development of internal cost control systems
Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments
Ensure value for money while maintaining compliance with H&S standards
Work closely with Project Managers to deliver cost-effective solutions
Drive value engineering and manage design/construction change impacts
Oversee competitive tender processes and prepare commercial reports
Support contract drafting, negotiation, and review 🧠 About You:

Confident communicator and collaborative team player
Experience managing UK fit-out projects up to £5 million
