Mechanical Supervisor – Central London
TLG are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable client for a Mechanical Supervisor to join their established team. With over two decades of experience in the commercial sector, our client is recognised for delivering high-quality mechanical services across London. This position will primarily operate in Central London, overseeing projects ranging from £500k to £2 million and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all mechanical site activities.
*
Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
*
Monitor health and safety compliance and conduct regular site checks.
*
Support and drive project progress in line with programme targets.
*
Liaise with sub-contractors, engineers, and the wider site team.
*
Attend and lead site meetings as required.
*
Assist with commissioning processes and smooth handover.
*
Contribute to the preparation of RAMS and review scope of works.
*
Provide proactive solutions to any site issues.
Requirements:
*
SSSTS or SMSTS certification
*
Valid CSCS card
*
Proven experience within the commercial mechanical sector
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
