Key Responsibilities:

Handle contractual and legal elements of construction projects to ensure profitability and compliance
Prepare accurate estimates for materials, time, and labour
Source, appoint, and manage subcontractors to meet build and quality targets
Monitor subcontractor performance against budgets and KPIs
Collaborate across departments to drive project delivery
Produce valuation reports and commercial insights for management
Promote and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies

What We're Looking For:

Experience in the housebuilding industry is essential
Strong understanding of HSE regulations and building standards
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Familiarity with financial reporting, including P&L and balance sheets
