Quantity Surveyor
My client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.
YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF OXFORD CITY CENTRE
* Experience of working on projects up to £1m-£10m
* Competent with the JCT suite of contracts & workable knowledge of NEC contract forms
* Experience in high end or super prime residential buildings
* Experience of listed buildings or conservation or heritage projects
* Had exposure to or led two stage procurement routes
* Ideally experienced in both JCT & NEC forms of contract
* Degree in Quantity Surveying
