The Role
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Scheduler to join our busy operations team. You’ll play a key part in delivering top-tier service by coordinating appointments, supporting trades teams, and assisting residents with care and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Arrange and reschedule appointments with residents

*

Communicate with customers and resolve queries

*

Use planning tools and job management systems

*

Work closely with supervisors and tradespeople

Experience in a fast-paced call centre environment

Strong communication and multitasking skills
