Contracts Manager
Our client, a well-established interiors specialist, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with strong drywall and partitioning expertise. The role involves managing multiple fit-out and drylining projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to high standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple interiors projects with a focus on drywall systems (SFS, MF ceilings, partitions).
*
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.
*
Ensure compliance with programme, budget, quality, and H&S standards.
*
Coordinate with commercial teams on valuations, variations, and reporting.
*
Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements:
*
5+ years’ experience in interiors/drylining project delivery.
*
In-depth knowledge of drywall systems and fit-out processes.
*
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
*
Commercial awareness and project budgeting experience.
*
Full UK driving licence.
