Job Description: They are looking for an experienced and proactive Technical Services Manager with a Mechanical Bias to oversee several commercial office fit-out projects at various stages which will include cut and carve and CAT A & CAT B fit out. Values between £1m – £4m.
The ideal candidate will ensure these projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all technical aspects on Cat A & Cat B fit-out projects
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks.
Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing fit-out projects, ideally within the commercial office space
Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and materials.
Experience and involvedment in client design and tender stage
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in project management software and tools
