Sub Agent

Our client is a specialist civil engineering business delivering large packages up to £40M within the infrastructure sector.

They are now hoping to add to their experienced team a Sub Agent to overlook engineering team and support with managing quality documents and delivery.

Role and requirements:

Experienced working on delivering civils and earthwork packages
Manage and support Site Engineers
Allocate work and prioritise sections in line with programme
Ensure all QA is up to date and to excellent standard
Work close with the Site Agent, Works Manager and Project Manager on project progress
Solving any design issues that may arise
Ensure production and implementation of the required project plans, RAMS, ITP's
Maintain the project construction programme, provide progress updates and produce short-term look-ahead for day-to-day management of the site and resources
Ensure the commercial performance of the contract is maximised and that variations are notified and suitably quantified
Monthly and weekly reporting timescales are met
