An employee-owned, award-winning architecture and interiors practice in Waterloo London has a Project Architect job now available. Role & Responsibilities

Deliver high-spec residential and mixed-use schemes from concept through to construction
Lead detailing and technical design development for bespoke architecture projects
Contribute creatively through drawings, models, and visuals across all RIBA stages
Work within a small, supportive team with autonomy over your workload
Communicate confidently with clients and contractors
Mentor junior team members and collaborate across departments
Use AutoCAD and Revit on projects. Required Skills & Experience

ARB registered with 2+ years' post-Part 3 UK practice experience
Confident leading projects throughout all stages, especially at RIBA Stages 2-4
Experience in high-quality residential, hotel, or heritage-led projects
Strong design ability including experience of detail / technical design and delivery
Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp (or similar); Revit desirable
Experience in small to medium-sized design-led practices preferred
Comfortable working directly with clients and contractors
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Right to work in the UK and fluent in written/spoken English.What you get back

£45,000 – £60,000 DOE
