Freelance Fit Out Site Manager

We're Hiring: Site Manager
Location: Liverpool
Sectors: Commercial / Retail
Project Types: Fit Out
Values: £600,000
FREELANCE: £270 – £300 a day
Duration: 11 week project (starting end of June)

What you'll do

Oversee project from start to finish
Report directly to the Project Manager
Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
Support commissioning and final handoversDuties include but are not limited to:

Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
Record onsite progress and lookaheads
Report into Senior Management
Follow H&S guidelines Required Qualifications/Experience

Experience working on fit out projects
CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
UK driving license and access to own vehicle What's on offer
