Project Manager (Shell & Core)

A leading property developer and main contractor with a proven track record of delivering high-specification residential and mixed-use schemes in Central London is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee Shell & Core delivery on a flagship development in South West London.

You'll take full ownership of the Shell & Core construction phase, ensuring all structural, concrete, and envelope works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all Shell & Core construction activities.
Manage subcontractor packages across groundworks, frame, envelope, and associated infrastructure.
Oversee health & safety standards and drive a positive site culture.
Coordinate closely with internal teams (Design, MEP, Commercial) to maintain seamless progress.
Track programme milestones, manage risk, and proactively resolve issues.
Ensure all works meet statutory requirements, design specifications, and quality benchmarks.
Report progress to senior leadership and maintain strong client and consultant relationships.About You

Proven experience delivering Shell & Core packages on large-scale residential or mixed-use schemes (£50m+).
Background with a principal contractor or developer in high-rise environments.
Back ground in Engineering
Strong commercial awareness and technical knowledge of structural systems and envelope coordination.
Confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Health & Safety focused, with a commitment to quality and best practices on site.
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and relevant construction qualifications required.What's on Offer
