Site Manager

Time 4 Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Temporary Site Manager to join a dynamic construction company, who are a UK market leader in retail fit-out throughout the UK. We require an experienced Site Manager with retail fit out /refurbishment experience to start in Ebbw Vale for 5 months

The role of Site Manager will start Thursday 12th June 2025 and will run until Thursday 30th October 2025

As temporary Site Manager you will manage and oversee all activities of the site team, labour and sub-contractors to achieve successful completion in line with the set time frame and Company and Customer expectations you will be required to provide a full handover each more to day site manager.

As Site Manager a main part of your role will be to develop and maintain good working relationships with customers and other third parties in the best interests of the business during your shifts

Key Responsibilities as Site Manager:

* As Site Manage you will be responsible for, although not limited to:

* Supervising all workers on site.

* Liaising with main contractors and Subcontractors

* Tool box talk and RAMS

* Ensuring the package is on time against programme

* Ensure the Site team adhere to H & S Compliance.

* Ensure the Site team adhere to the high quality of works to meet the clients’ demands.

* Ensuring the safety of all site personnel

* Productivity of Site staff

Certificates required for this role:

* SMSTS

* First Aid

* PASMA

* Fire Marshal

* Asbestos Awareness

* CSCS

* Competitive Salary depending on experience £250- £260 per day.
