Project Quantity Surveyor

About the role of Project Quantity Surveyor:

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a Tier 1 Main Contractor with a turnover of over £1bn. They are looking for a strong Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a school project valued at around £20m. This role is full time site based in West London. This is a great opportunity to join as they constantly have interesting projects due to them winning the majority of projects in London. They are dominating the London construction market and have a proven track record of progressing staff through the ranks. This is a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities of Project Quantity Surveyor:

Provide assistance and support on all commercial issues
Carry out cash flow reporting
Manage forecasts and ensure all valuations are submitted by the deadline
Final Accounts
Managing the upstream and downstream process Key Requirements of Project Quantity Surveyor:

Ideally have experience on education projects
Must have led projects valued £10m +
Degree in a construction related subject is ideal but not essential
Live within a commutable distance to West LondonWhat's on offer:
