We have a great opportunity for a Site Manager working with a fit-out contractor in the West End of London on a commercial fit out project.

About the role of Site Manager

We are looking for a dedicated client facing fit out site manager to work on a £4m Cat B fit out in the city of London. It is essential that the manager is a program pusher, excellent at QA, and has a solid understanding of fit out packages.

The project in working on a multi floored building where the client is an existing client so maintaining relationships is key, there will be a lot of liaison with the building management and building M&E. The project will involve, new partition walls, glazing, tea points, restroom and board / meeting rooms. A competent and professional attitude and demeanour is essential.

Requirements for the Site Manager

Have CAT A / B Fit Out experience
Longevity in roles with some of the contractors in the industry
Have experience in delivering commercial fit outs
Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building
Understanding of programs and ability to handle minutes efficiently
Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects
Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certsWhat we offer for the Site Manager
