Overview
Our client is looking for a Project Interface Manager to oversee the delivery and integration of additional works and lifecycle projects across a major FM contract in London. You'll ensure all works meet contractual, safety, and operational standards while supporting commercial performance. This is a key government site and you will need to pass SC clearance.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage delivery of minor works and capital projects across the estate
– Ensure compliance with quality, H&S, and project handback requirements
– Oversee documentation, commissioning, and integration with operational services
– Support project cost control and commercial targets
– Liaise with internal teams, client, and SPV to ensure smooth coordination
– Maintain records for KPIs, asset updates, and service changes
– Manage supply chain performance and ensure risk is controlled
– Participate in out-of-hours rota as part of business continuity
Requirements
– Background in Facilities Management and project delivery
– Technical expertise (mechanical or electrical preferred)
– Experience in PFI environments
– Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder skills
– Competent with reporting, compliance, and risk management
