Demolition Site Manager – Bristol

Location: Bristol
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday – 7.30am to 5pm including 30 minute lunch break (possible Saturday works)
Pay rate: £240 – £300 per day dependent upon experience

360 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Demolition Site Manager to work with an experienced demolition business on a project in Bristol with a duration of 6-8 weeks.
They often act as Principle Contractor however they will also act as sub-contractor on occasions with demo packages up to £5m.
Typical projects will involved cut & carve, soft strip out, facade retention and full building demolition.
Role and responsibilities involve:
Mixed experience working within the demolition sector
Able to manage teams of operatives and ensure best practice of work
Overlook site labour and materials
Write and review method statements and risk assessments
Implement a high level of health and safety
Client meetings / management
Reporting to senior leadership team on progressThe successful candidate will be responsible for demolition and stripout based tasks including the supervising of the below tasks but not limited too:
Removing plasterboard
Ripping out doorways
Remove flooring
Breaking ConcreteRequirements:
Valid CCDO Gold or CCDO Black Card
SMSTS
First Aid at Work
Asbestos Awareness
Right to work (Share code)
Strong communiction, problem solving and organisational skills
Computer literacy is required for the completion of site forms and managing project documents.
A full UK driving licence would be beneficial
Previous experience of a range of Demolition projects
2 relevant references from previous employers confirming your experienceThe project will commence on the 9th June 2025.
Remuneration:
Dependent upon experience, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn up to £300 per day DOE.
