As an Estimator, you'll play a vital role in the pre-construction phase, preparing precise and competitive cost estimates that support successful project delivery and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse project specifications, drawings, and tender documents
Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, and subcontractors
Source and negotiate supplier and contractor pricing
Prepare and submit tenders and formal quotations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from tender to execution
Monitor project costs and assist with final account preparations
✅ Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Prior experience as an estimator in the flooring, construction, or related sectors
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of flooring systems and materials (preferred)
