Job Title: Survey Coordinator
Location: Harlow
Salary: >£28,000 + benefits

Established in 1989, Our client is the UK's leading passive fire protection specialist, supplying a comprehensive range of third-party accredited survey, installation and compliance services to public and private sector organisations across the country.

Responsibilities:

Liaising closely and supporting the team with contract set up, allocation, smooth delivery and handover.
Coordinating and scheduling small works, survey / PPM orders with clients and the delivery teams
Preparing health and safety documentation for approval
Checking for completeness and assisting with survey, handover, certification documentation contract file completion and 'Live List' accuracy.
Supporting the team with the resolution of operational problems, including liaison with clients to resolve queries
Assisting Survey Manager with business unit planning and review information
Assisting Commercial Manager with bringing together invoice/application information
New customer information and minor PQQs
Maintaining supplier and subcontractor records for compliance and invoice sign off
Assisting the Survey manager with clear scope and budget parameters to assist with the profitable delivery of contractsExperience:

Working within a similar level contract support, administration or customer service role.
Customer/client liaison Qualifications:
IOSH managing safely
