About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a Main Contractor, who have been established for over 30 years, to lead the refurbishment of high end residential projects. This is a full-time position split between office and site. The office is located in City of London and sites are across prime central London.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Managing upstream and downstream process
Handle CVR's
Final Accounts
Checking monthly valuations
Negotiating tenders Key Requirements of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Live within commutable distance to Central London
Experience leading high end residential project
Degree in a construction related subject is ideal
Experience in 2-stage tender is essential What's on offer:
