Electrical Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* The Electrical Construction will manage the full lifecycle of electrical installations on major construction projects, from initial planning through to commissioning and client handover.
* The Electrical Construction will coordinate closely with project stakeholders, including internal teams, main contractors, and subcontractors.
* The Electrical Construction monitor site progress, resource levels, and compliance with HSE and QA standards.
* The Electrical Construction will provide regular updates and reporting to the Project Managers or the Project Director.
* The Electrical Construction will take an active role in risk management, project scheduling, and design coordination.
Skills and Experience:
* The Electrical Construction will have a solid background in Electrical Construction Management, previous experience managing electrical works on large-scale M&E projects (typically valued between £2 – £3 million).
* The Electrical Construction will have proven experience working within a high-paced construction environment.
* The Electrical Construction will have excellent leadership skills with the ability to drive performance and motivate teams across a fast-paced project environment.
* The Electrical Construction will have a strong knowledge of industry standards, compliance, paperwork, and Health and safety standards.
* capable of working independently while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
