Pre-Construction Manager – Residential Developer – Wembley Office – Up to £65,000 + Package

About the Role:

An established and ambitious residential developer is seeking a dynamic Pre-Construction Manager to join their team at their Wembley office. This is a key leadership role within the pre-construction team, responsible for coordinating and managing early-stage project activities from initial feasibility through to start on site.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking developer working on high-quality, design-led residential schemes across London and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the pre-construction process for new developments, including programme planning, design coordination, procurement strategy, and risk management

* Collaborate closely with land, planning, commercial, and technical teams to ensure seamless project handover

* Manage relationships with external consultants, local authorities, and internal stakeholders

* Oversee technical design development, planning submissions, and tender preparation

* Provide value engineering input and contribute to buildability reviews

* Support the tendering and selection process for main contractors and key subcontractors

* Ensure all projects meet company standards, regulatory compliance, and timelines

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* A strong background in residential development or main contracting within the UK

* Proven experience in a pre-construction or technical management role

* Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills

* A deep understanding of UK planning policy, building regulations, and procurement routes

* Experience working on RC frame or mixed-use schemes is highly desirable

* Strong communication, leadership, and organisational abilities

* Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

* MUST have experience with ASTA PowerProjects

* Basic salary up to £65,000
