Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Tier One Main Contractor

Location: Central London

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + Car Allowance + Travel

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious Tier One Main Contractor who are seeking a driven and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a high-profile new build scheme in Central London. This iconic development includes a mix of retail, commercial, and leisure spaces and represents a fantastic opportunity to work on a truly career-defining project.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage costs on high-value new build projects from procurement through to final account

Work closely with the commercial team to ensure projects are delivered within budget

Assist in the preparation and management of subcontracts and valuations

Monitor project progress and produce accurate financial reports

Requirements:

Proven experience working on new build projects with a main contractor

Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
