2x Foreman

Our client, a leader in the water infrastructure sector, is currently seeking two experienced Foremen to join their team on a long-term water infrastructure project based in Aylesbury, Thames Valley.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing and coordinating daily civil site operations on a live Wastewater Treatment Works (WWTW) site
Ensuring work is carried out in line with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Monitoring subcontractors and direct labour performance and quality
Leading daily briefings, inductions, and toolbox talks
Liaising with project managers and engineers to meet programme targets
Contributing to delivering the project efficiently, safely, and to specification

Job Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Foreman on water/wastewater projects
Ideally, a background on Thames Water sites
SMSTS certification
Good understanding of civil construction operations, sequencing, and safety
Ability to lead teams and maintain strong communication on-site
