Lead Engineer -Central London

Are you a skilled mechanical engineer ready to take the next step in your career? We're hiring a Lead Engineer to join a prestigious global Facilities Management company, overseeing a diverse portfolio of 31 commercial sites across Central London.

Location: Central London
Salary: £51,000 per annum + generous overtime opportunities
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the Lead Engineer across a high-profile multi-site portfolio

Provide hands-on mechanical expertise and support for all PPM and reactive maintenance

Ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and operational delivery

Lead and mentor engineering staff across multiple sites

Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure service excellence

What We're Looking For:

Strong mechanical background with a proven track record in building services

Previous experience as an Engineer or Lead Engineer

Authorised Person (AP) experience in one or more of the following:

Mechanical,Pressure Systems,Steam, BOAS (Boiler Operation Accreditation Scheme)

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

Comfortable working across a large, prestigious multi-site portfolio
