Site Manager

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join one of the UK's most prestigious house builders on a new development in Manchester.

This is a 56-unit scheme comprising luxury designed mix of 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes. The company is renowned for delivering high-quality homes and has proudly won NHBC Seal of Excellence and Regional Winner awards year after year – a reputation they are committed to upholding.

The Role:

They are seeking a high-calibre Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering full residential developments from start to finish, with particular emphasis on quality, customer satisfaction and programme management.

The ideal candidate will have previously won NHBC or similar quality awards, showcasing their commitment to excellence and attention to detail. You will be responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, managing subcontractors, maintaining high H&S standards, and driving the build programme to successful completion – all while ensuring the exceptional build quality the company is known for.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience managing residential sites from inception to completion
Previous recognition in the form of NHBC awards (Seal of Excellence, Pride in the Job, etc.) is highly desirable
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commitment to delivering a premium product and customer experience
