A high-end design studio based in Henley-on-Thames is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic studio known for delivering beautifully crafted residential and listed-building projects with a strong design focus.

The friendly, collaborative team offer a range of hybrid working options and are excited for an Architectural Technician to join the team.

Responsibilities:

Produce detailed and accurate technical drawings for tender and construction stages
Prepare full drawing packages including plans, sections, elevations, and joinery details
Liaise with contractors, suppliers and consultants to ensure feasibility and accuracy
Conduct site visits and surveys, providing technical input where required
Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building regulations and health and safety standards
Collaborate with the design team to resolve design and technical challengesRequirements:

HND/HNC or a degree in Architectural Technology
Proven experience as an Architectural Technician within the high-end residential or listed building projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Vectorworks is beneficial
Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing
Excellent technical drawing skills with a keen eye for accuracy and quality
Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
