Location: London (Central)
Salary: £75,000 £90,000
Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Project Manager with a background in fitout to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of one or more fitout projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
• Site-based project management from mobilisation to handover
• Coordination of subcontractors and site teams
• Programme management and progress reporting
• Health & Safety compliance and quality control
• Regular liaison with clients, consultants, and internal departments

Requirements:
• Proven experience delivering fitout projects (essential)
• Background in high-end fitout, retail, hospitality, or leisure sectors (essential)
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage time, subcontractors, and quality standards effectively
