Finishing Manager

I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a leading UK Developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a Finishing Manager for their major residential scheme based in East London.

As a Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing apartment units from 2nd fix stage onward, working underneath the Block Manager. You will be responsible for managing a block of 50 apartments. Responsibilities will be managing subcontractors, driving the apartments to an excellent finish, ensuring health and safety is kept at a high standard and reporting into the Block Manager. The ideal candidate must have worked for a leading residential developer/main contractor and have experience in delivering units to an exceptional finish.

You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert and the role is a minimum 6 month role, paid via CIS.
