Salary: £45,000 – £50,000

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Project Co-ordinator to join a leading facilities management services provider on a critical facility in Edinburgh. Reporting to the on-site Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of Lifecycle, Variations, and Capital Works projects.
This is a pivotal position where you’ll provide essential administrative, financial, and operational support, helping ensure that all project works are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with relevant regulations and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Co-ordinate project works across a busy, live critical environment.
* Support the project delivery team with day-to-day project administration
* Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
* Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and the client to ensure smooth project execution
* Assist with compliance and quality assurance processes
* Monitor variation works and lifecycle plans to ensure alignment with overall project goals
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role within Facilities Management or Project Coordination.
* Exposure to a project management environment and understanding of its core principles.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting.
* Comfortable working on-site in a 24/7 live environment (e.g. data centres or healthcare)
