Mechanical Project Manager – Fast Track CAT B Office Fit Out (Central London)
£70,000 – £85,000 + Travel + Benefits
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected M&E contractor specialising in high-end CAT B office fit out projects across London. With an exciting new scheme about to commence in Central London, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of a fast-paced commercial fit out, valued between £5 million – £10 million (M&E).

The Role:

Manage mechanical works from pre-construction through to handover
Oversee design development, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and installation
Manage programme, labour, materials, and health & safety on site
Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and client teams to ensure delivery meets expectations
Report on progress, costs, risks, and quality throughout the life of the project
Lead meetings and ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders
Work closely with commercial and site teams to ensure deadlines and budgets are met What We're Looking For:

Proven experience delivering fast-track CAT B fit out projects
Ideally has experience working on sites with Tier 1 main contractors (e.g., Mace, Overbury, Structure Tone, ISG)
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and design & build delivery
Highly organised, commercially aware, and confident dealing with demanding deadlines
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Able to take ownership of a project and drive successful outcomes What’s on Offer:
