Mechanical Site Manager – Fast Track CAT B Office Fit Out (Central London)
£65,000 + Travel + Benefits
We are working with a respected and growing M&E contractor that specialises in high-spec CAT B office fit out projects across London. With a strong reputation for delivering fast-paced, technically complex schemes, they are now looking to recruit a Mechanical Site Manager for an exciting new project in Central London, valued between £5 million – £10 million (M&E).

The Role:

Manage mechanical installation works on a fast-track CAT B fit out project
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, programme, and health & safety on site
Ensure all works are delivered to high standards, on time and in line with project design
Liaise with client-side teams, including Tier 1 contractors and consultants
Report regularly to the Project Manager and ensure project documentation is up to date
Maintain a strong site presence to drive progress and solve day-to-day challenges What We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing mechanical packages on fast-track office fit out projects
Ideally worked on projects with Tier 1 main contractors such as Mace, Overbury, Structure Tone, or ISG
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, drawings, and coordination
Confident managing subcontractors and site logistics in a fast-paced environment
Health & Safety focused with excellent communication and leadership skills What’s on Offer:
