Junior Contracts Manager

ConTrust Group is a Construction company that specialises in Fit-Out, Active and Passive Fire Protection, Retail, Data Centres, and the M&E space.

On behalf of one of our established client we are seeking a Contracts Manager with a fire background who has a sound technical and working knowledge of Fire Stopping and Fire Doors and an understanding of current fire door regulations.

* The successful applicant will also be expected to manage projects where passive fire works are taking place, so experience in this sector will also be advantageous.

* You must also have experience of running multiple contracts, including the planning and execution of programmes, ordering materials, managing labour levels, ensuring full compliance, and ensuring that health & safety protocols are adhered to.

* You will have SMSTS/SSSTS, 1st aid at work, CSCS and ideally NVQ2/3 in joinery or fire stopping.

* Our client's head office is based in Essex, you will be required to be based in the office as well as on the road visiting sites/acquiring new contracts etc which is all around Essex and London.

* This is a permanent role and we are hoping to appoint someone in June 2025.
