Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are working with a leading UK-based real estate investor, developer, and asset manager, renowned for delivering and operating student living, residential, mixed-use, and hotel schemes across London and other major UK cities.

Specifically they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is keen to take the lead and oversee several developments as the commercial lead. The ideal candidate will be reporting to the Commercial Manager but will be a hands on team member also, who is willing to assist and grow with the business as they continue to expand their pipeline.

Currently, they have 11 live projects, at over £100m in contract valued, all self funded. The strategy is to have completed 5 hotels around London, and deliver 1500 units of student accommodation by 2027, along with an impressive BTR portfolio.
