The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead on the cost management of major residential developments, acting as the day-to-day project lead across a portfolio of live schemes.

This is a hybrid role that offers autonomy, professional growth, and the opportunity to shape some of the most exciting residential projects in the capital.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK PQS Firm / Consultancy is a MUST
MRICS ideally or currently working towards
Experience managing multiple projects and mentoring junior team members
Excellent client-facing skills with a professional, collaborative approach
