Project Quantity Surveyor

A modern and forward-thinking property and construction consultancy are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their team. Established over 30 years ago, they work for a broad range of clients across the private and public sectors, providing a full suite of property and construction consultancy solutions.

Role & Responsibilities of the Project Quantity Surveyor:

* Undertaking feasibility studies

* Performing risk and value management assessments

* Compiling tender enquiries

* Procurement

* Cost planning

* Tender analysi, negotiating tenders and contracts

* Contract Administration

* Application and payments

* Final account negotiation

* Report writing

* Fund monitoring

* Reinstatement valuations

Skills & Experience of the Project Quantity Surveyor:

* This role is open to assistant quantity surveyors looking for the next step up, intermediate surveyors and/or project surveyors

* Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)

* The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

* Preferably degree (or equivalent) educated (not necessarily in quantity surveying)

* A full clean driving licence and own vehicle

Salary & Benefits:

* £40K – £55K
