The Role

As a Junior Commercial Manager, you'll work alongside senior commercial staff to support the financial and contractual management of construction projects from pre-construction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents

Support in contract administration and management of subcontracts

*

Monitor project costs and report on variances

*

Help manage risk and ensure compliance with commercial policies

*

Collaborate with QS's / Contract Managers

*

Contribute to monthly financial reports and forecasts

*

Build strong working relationships with site teams, clients, and subcontractors

What We’re Looking For

*

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

*

Strong numeracy and analytical skills

*

Excellent communication and attention to detail

*

A proactive mindset and willingness to learn

*

Knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., NEC, JCT) is a plus
