Information Manager – Main Contractor
My client is a main contractor, based in Birmingham. Due to ongoing long-term projects and the expansions of new projects they currently looking for an Information Manager to join their team.
The vacancy is to start as soon as possible, and it would require 3-5 years' experience within the construction industry.
Role requirements:
Manage the creation, control, and distribution of project documentation in line with company and industry standards.
Check the validity of the documents in accordance with the Document Numbering System.
Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain clear and consistent information flow.
Record the documents in the company database, organise the dispatch, collect the comments.
To provide full secretarial support to Management including arranging meetings, producing agendas and minutes, circulating and collating information, arranging diaries.
To provide administrative support to the team and provide comprehensive support to the department as required.
Provide training and guidance to staff on information management best practices.To Apply:
