Registered Building Inspector (Class 3)

A brand new opportunity has been created for a class 3 Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) to join our clients team based in Greater Manchester on a long-term contract basis.

The Role:

This is a class 3 Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity whereby you will provide building regulations plan and site assessment services on Commercial/Complex schemes. The nature of your working is entirely flexible, whether you want to work from home or the office (hybrid available).

* £70- £85/hr DOE (Up to £12,500/month)

* Initial 6-month contract (high likelihood of extension)

* Inside IR35 (CIS a possibility)

* Hours: completely flexible – anything from 15 – 37hrs/wk available.

* Days on site: minimum site presence required – only required to be on site 50% of the time if doing multiple days – (client open to suggestions and happy to work around your flexibility)
